Alex was great! Not only friendly and easy to talk to but cared about getting the job just right. He put in a new kitchen sink and faucet that was in great need to be repaired. It looks SO awesome and I’m super happy with everything he did. Would highly recommend him for any type of plumbing!

Technicians are always knowledgeable and friendly. If they say there is an issue, I trust them to be truthful. It a pleasant experience to do business with a company that can be trusted to do what they are contracted to do and not try to sell you something every time they come out.
I came home from work at 8:00pm, flushed the toilet, and the toilet backed up and leaked around the bottom. The bathtub backed up as well. I called, spoke with John at dispatch, and he sent Richard out immediately. Richard was able to diagnose the issue (a clog in the main), and he proceeded to fix it quickly and was very professional. I called several places before going with this company and I am glad I did. Their pricing and service was top notch. I absolutely recommend them!!!
Both Richard and Jacob were personable, knowledgeable and professional. I was concerned with our hardwood floors and they assured me that they will be very careful (which they were). They answered our many questions and made sure we were satisfied during and after their work. Thanks again for all the emails and texts keeping us informed of appts and arrivals. I will certainly use Ray Duncan Plumbing in the future if needed!
