Have used this company for several years. In the last few years they have been off every time. Not locating the right pipe or being 8 feet off the leak. When the owner did it, it was great. The last two years they suck. A blind man could do better. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Save your money.

We had some moisture accumulating under a plastic mat in our den. they said the mat was trapping natural water vapors and that if we remove the mat the carpet will dry out and be as good as new. They did this not charge us. They could have easily sent a specialist to the house and charged for a service call. Very honest. Very professional. Would use them again even if they needed to charge us.
The two gentlemen from American Leak who searched for the leak in our swimming pool were experienced and serious professionals. They quickly found the leak, explained our next steps, and will be following up soon. Neill was very professional and walked me through what he was doing so I understood fully, The company doesn't repair any leak they find, but they find the leak and let you know just where it is and let me know the type of service I needed to get to do the repair, they have the equipment to check the walls and cement floor to detect and locate the problem. Neill also visually inspected my rafters and roofing for leaks. Super job.
