We have used Dixie Plumbing twice in the past few months. On both occasions the receptionist was polite and professional when scheduling an appointment. The serviceman (Cory) arrived on time and relayed the plumbing problem clearly. He was also very polite and professional. The repairs were made in a timely manner and we were very pleased with the experience overall. We highly recommend Dixie Plumbing and will most definitely use them again.

I showed up after hour drive for 8:30 appointment to be told it was not an appointment and all techs are at an emergency call to a bank however I have patients at clinic with no working bathroom. Very unprofessional as I had a confirmed appointment.

Great customer service! We were in a pickle after hours with a customer of ours that had no water. I called several companies and most didn't answer or couldn't make it out for 24-48hours. Dixie Plumbing answered right away, dispatched Corey to go out for us, he called me and showed up within 30 minutes! He got the customer's water back on and SAVED THE DAY! After hours emergency charges were very reasonable especially for the honest and quick service we received. Very thankful we made the call to Dixie Plumbing!

I reported an issue with my shower hot water, They took a week to get over here, then they came, on a Friday, and the guy over torqued the shower cartridge which caused a significant leak then left!!! Then sent a bill to my landlord and offered no solution to coming back to fix the damage they caused. Now I have no shower whereas before I had a working shower but with just low pressure. Steer clear of this shady company!!
