Jim and Marlene are exceptional people. They far exceeded our expectations in helping us sell our home and buy our new home. It was not an easy process with the market not having enough homes, and too many buyers- but they made it much easier with their helpful insights, quick appointments to see new homes, and so much wisdom to help us navigate the difficult process. I've honestly never seen such dedication and a strong work ethic. They go above and beyond! The most important thing in being able to keep up with the market was being quick to schedule a showing, and quick to write a offer- they were so on top of that and so much more.
