Jake was very profession and responsive to our needs as sellers, our property sold in record time. He had the photographer out to our place quickly and asked for our approval of the photographs, which were great. He gave us good advise about the clients he saw and worked with us right up to and after the closing to make sure everything went without a hitch. He worked well with our tenants too, as we were selling a rental property, which is a big plus, he was very kind and courteous of their time and situation. We would not hesitate to work with White Pine Real Estate for any of our real estate needs. Jake and Melissa are the best.

Jake has been an outstanding realtor for us! He helped us sell our first home last year and then buy our dream home this past Spring.  Home buying is an extremely stressful process especially considering we had to manage it with 2 little kids, expecting another along the way, AND dealing with it all during the pandemic. Throughout the whole process, Jake was always optimistic, reassuring, and really advocated in our best interest.  We had many issues with the builder that we bought the house from and even had delayed closing issues because of liens on the builder's side. Jake was in constant communication with the seller's agent and numerous others to help resolve the builder's liens so we could close as soon as possible.  Even after we closed, Jake continually followed up to ensure that certain action items were completed that were laid out in the Purchase Contract.  Jake provided us excellent client support, and was always very responsive and patient. We truly appreciate everything he did for us and highly recommend him.
