We recently sold our mother's home in Waukesha with Scott Heyerdahl of First Weber - AND IT WAS SO ORGANIZED and literally STRESS FREE. Since we were three siblings...that could so easily not have been the case. We were all definitely stressed especially since Covid 19 was changing all the rules daily.nnScott communicated very well with all three of us and helped us both in preparing the property and in setting the price (We got lots of interest and 3 bids OVER asking). He also helped us with lots of tasks since we all lived out of town and facilitated us finding vendors as well as supervising our vendors. Plus - he was just incredibly nice and communicated everything we needed to do very clearly.nnLOVE, LOVE, LOVE him...and highly recommend!
