Staff is very friendly. I think it was about a two day turn around. It cost me $11 to get a pair of pants dry-cleaned. That seemed a little higher than what I typically paid at my last cleaners.

I called the night before to get my comforter cleaned and the guy told me it would be $30. (This was my first time ever dry cleaning anything) I dropped off my comforter the next morning and assumed it would be the $30, when I went to pick it up it was $75. (If I knew that I would have taken it else where.). They should let you know what the charge would be when you drop it off, you would think. The only reason I’m giving a 2 star review is because the lady I picked up the comforter for was nice enough to give me a 25% discount which was the $58 instead of $75. I will never go back as they are misinformed on how much a dry cleaning would cost.

After using this company for +10 years, I can no longer take the poor attention to detail. Over the past 2 years, my dress shirts have been coming back without collar stays most of the time. I continued to ask about it, and was told time and time again they would make sure the shirts were done correctly. I asked to speak with manager/owner so I could discuss it. The staff just laughed and said not likely. I want to do business with companies that value the customer relationship. Unfortunately I don't feel this company does. It is no wonder they keep closing stores while competitors are coming into the market.
