Best laundromat I have ever been to. Clean. Friendly and helpful attendants. Very few machines are ever out of order. Never had a dryer burn my jeans or melt other clothing. A $20 bill only (not two $10 bills) gives a $2 bonus. 24/7. Safe area. Usually busy unless late at night.
The lady working there, went above and beyond on helping with the Machines in the system that they use for payment.
The lady working there (pos.mgr.) is never nice, talks down on you like your a 5 yo. She shouldn't be where there's people. JS.
I drop off my clothes on Wednesday afternoon to be wash. And On Friday I go there to pick it up and when I get home I realize that my comforter is not in therenI call back and I ask about what happened a nice lady try to help me to see where was that comforter.nThen they realize that the give it to somebody else in another order. Today is Tuesday and I still waiting for that person to returned back. (They said there are out of town ) How this happened could happen? I have been going to this laundry almost two year and this the second time that happened something like this. And even get a phone call for a manager apologized
My washer of 20years died on me, so this was the first time in a long time that I’ve been to a laundromat. The gentleman working there was VERY helpful and patient with me while walking me through the process of getting a laundry card - the way to pay if you don’t have a roll of quarters. The laundry card costs $2 and is reloadable. If you put $20 (using a $20 bill) on the card you’ll get $22 on the card. It’s very clean and well lit, has many different sized washers (from 2 load - 8 load size) and until my new washer arrives I will go back. ud83dude0a
