Gave him two brand new t shirts and completely ruined the silk screen print I had... has the audacity to tell me my shirts a cheap and that he not going to reimburse me.... could not take ownership of mistake and I had to argue with him to finally be somewhat understanding... if only I can post a picture of the product to show you how horrible they’re service is.... DO NOT COME HERE !!!

I’ve been a customer of Dryclean USA for almost 7 years . I have never had a piece of clothing ruined or shrunk, which is very unusual. I have gotten back notes that say my stain was not removed, but to this day, I cannot find the stain they had not eradicated. I guess they lighten it so much it’s invisible to my eyes. The owners are delightful and Liz and her son Isaac know their clients . Before I get out of the car, Josh has my clothes ready . I’ve never had to show a slip or tell my name. All clothes are done on time or sooner.nI’ve often gotten my small repairs done nicely here too. Definitely the best place in the area for clothing maintenance.
