I have been going to Kim's alterations for 10 years now and have been very happy with their service. Sue is a talented seamstress and all my skirts, elegant tops, bathing suits, denims, etc have always come out perfect. I'm a very slender woman who needs to have all my clothing altered and I have been more than happy with my service here.nThank you Sue at Kim's alterations.

The worst customer service. I brought in a 3 piece suite for some minor alterations and dry cleaning. The alterations were to replace a broken zipper in the trousers, and reinforce loose buttons on the jacket. The cleaning was to clean and press all 3 pieces. They were told that I needed this done by Saturday and they said that would be no problem.nnOn Saturday I received a phone call telling me that my suite would not be completed as I had requested. They said that the alterations where done but that they were not able to do the the cleaning and could I give them until the following Tuesday. I said that I was promised the suite by Saturday and that I needed it for an affair that evening. Will call around to see if we can find someone to do it. I told them that that was unacceptable, and that I would be there in 30 minutes to pickup my property. I had paid in advance for the work they were going to do. I said I wanted a refund for all work not completed. When I arrived to pick up my Items they were there and I was told that the vest had been cleaned, that the zipper had been repaired but not replaced as I requested, and the buttons had been reinforced. I will say that she said the the difference between what I paid in advance was $17.10 and she returned $20.00 saying keep it for your inconvenience!

The lady who works in this place is really great at what she's doing. You can tell her exactly how you want the dress and she'll make it just like you asked.nShe has done some great amazing works for me and I really appreciate it
