I brought my clothes home and they were still dirty! They dont clean them! They lost my jacket, Owner didnt call me back! I stopped in and she wouldnt take responsibility! She didnt look for it and didnt care!Tailor grabbed my backside and when i told them, they didnt care and didnt want beleive me!I highly do not recomend!!!!
I have been going to this location for the past five years. I was always satisfied with the cleaning, and the customer service. I would drive at least 20 minutes to this location, every two weeks, for I dry clean a lot of my clothing. I walked in one day only to be greeted by someone new and was told, they are now new owners. The woman at the front desk, is extremely rude! And decides to charge me extra on almost all my clothing. I have decided to try this Service a few more times, with the hopes the same woman would not be there the next time! Unfortunately she is always there and I will not be returning under no circumstances to deal with her rudeness, and her over charging, on a ONE PRICE CLEANER!nCustomer serviceud83dudc4e
I go there for all my friends and family’s dry cleaning. They even text me when it’s ready. The man that does alterations is excellent also. Thanks
Their price seems to be really good. Laundery shirt is $1.59 and dry cleaning is $3.19.
Getting better, the new guy seems like he is still struggling, but gets a little better each time. Can't fault the owner, we all know what the labor market is like. You're lucky to get someone who shows up anymore
