I've been a customer of Ellen and her team for at least 5 years and their service is excellent and alterations top notch. I usually submit orders of 20 shirts or more and receive an email in 2 or 3 days that the clothes are ready for pickup. They even deliver downtown and have $5 coupons online. ALL coupons are honored if you follow the basic protocol clearly stated for INCOMING ORDERS. It's no different than the coupon policy for shoe repair, purchasing tires, Applebee's or Smokey Bones.
Excellent dry cleaning company. My first experience was in 1998. They are still phenomenal. Our clothes are perfect everytime.
