Service is much better at Deerfield Beach Home Depot than at any other Home Depot South ot herennUpdate October 2020nI was bringing back a plant that was not doing well something seemed to be wrong and they could find my purchase. I said if someone could advise me I would keep it. Jay came to help me and took the time to show me exactly what to do. I think this Home Depot is very much improved to have expertise and service like this.I was really happy thinking I got help to save my plant. And Jay also said I could come back in 2 weeks if it does not improve, a top level experience!!!!

If I could give this store a negative I would give them a negative zero. The most unprofessional, untrained, uneducated retail people I've ever dealt with in my life. just returned a $2,500 order because of their incompetency. What a joke. No wonder why Lowe's has so much better reviews. I should have known better. Now I know. remodeling 33 condos in South Florida thank you Lowe's you are the person from now on.

Lost receipt in parking lot of store. Easily went to customer service with product container and the card used. Was able to be issued a replacement receipt within minutes after arrival to store. Very easy process ud83dudc4d. Have had similar situations in the past with same store and they have always been consistently quick and easy .
