Wells Street Station Apartments

Residents are treated badly here. When checking on our apartment while we were away, our daughter was sitting in the living room of our Wells Street Station 1st floor apartment, with the patio door half open. She could hear the large dog running and jumping around in the apt. and upper balcony in the unit above us (#206). She then heard liquid dripping and splashing out on our patio. She walked up to the patio door and noticed a large puddle outside our patio door on the concrete and floor mat. She smelled a strong urine odor. She then carefully stepped out over the puddle, making sure not to get dripped on, onto the walk-out patio and noticed the big dog outside on the balcony above our apartment (photo attached to my profile or this review). She noticed wetness and a liquid stain running down the brick above our patio door (it was a beautiful clear evening)(see photo attached to my profile). She could see the patio door and windows were open in the unit above ours and immediately called out to them to tell them what had happened. The tenant closed the windows, came to there patio, let the dog in and closed the patio door, completely ignoring her. She took pictures of the dog up on the balcony, the puddle and wall stains above our patio door (see photo attached to this review). We were unable to live in an apartment where we can no longer sit outside to enjoy our walkout patio in fear of a dog urinating on us from above, so we vacated. It was apparent the upper tenant is using their balcony as a dog kennel. There is obviously a design flaw in the balcony above us, since it does not have a solid floor like other balcony floors. Fiduciary NEVER offered to fix the above flooring so that urine would not leak down onto us or our plants and furnishings. Fiduciary NEVER stopped the dog from being kept outside on the decking above us. Fiduciary is now claiming money from us and insinuating that we broke a lease because we moved out under these conditions. They hired a collection company to hound us for money and attached this claim to credit bureaus. I have now had to hire an attorney. If you like dog urine falling down onto your patio space, this is the place for you. Also, Feces left from pets are found in piles all over the grounds.

A little more than a year ago, I decided to scale down and move from my large home into an apartment. It was a very tough decision but I knew in my heart that it was the right thing to do. I moved To Wells Street Station on June 1, 2018. Now that I am settled in, I am very happy to say that this is a great place to live. The rent is a little high but I get a lot for that money and I feel very safe here which was important to me.For me, one of the best things here is the camaraderie. Our manager Karla is a terrific party giver and I have met so many wonderful people and I am very grateful for that. The building is well maintained and it is well built so that I rarely hear noises from other appointments. Underground parking parking is an asset and adds more security for which I am also grateful. We have a great patio where people who live here gather and socialize and sometimes use the grill to cook the perfect steak . If you are looking for an upscale place in the Lake country area, Wells Street station should be high on your list. Karla our manager is wonderful. Always a smile on her face and ready to answer any questions or solve any problems you may have. Very happy with my decision to move here.

Fantastic apartment. Just love it. Everyone is so helpful and kind. Just moved in a month ago and we are so happy with the apartment. It was clean with a great location, great parking, great party room, great gym, and a great outdoor area. It’s located near great restaurants and shops. Would recommend these apartments to anyone.

Wells St. Station is a wonderful place to live. The location can’t be beat, the complex is small and well maintained and management is the best. Retiring here was an easy decision for us and we have, along the way, met wonderful new friends and neighbors. Kudos to Karla and her team!
