Karen has helped my wife and I purchase the home we're raising our family in, as well as helped us sell a rental property.nnWhen we bought our home, she was helpful in showing us homes that were within our requirements, which was tough because we had buy price, taxes, and other items we had preferences about. We wanted a floor plan that was different, and when we found our home, we knew.nnAs a seller, she helped us understand the dynamics of selling a condo. Considerations like similar floor plans with more bells and whistles and their impact on future price of closings.nnSeveral years after both transactions, I'm pleased with the outcome of both. Katy did a fantastic job of leading us thru the stages of selling a property. It was a complicated transaction, due to a Trust situation, and she navigated everything beautifully. Extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and easy work with. This whole thing happened during the COVID-19 pandemic, and she kept everything running smoothly and communicating the challenges and suggesting solutions. Her support team was very helpful as well. Would definitely recommend.
