Donna was a saving grace for my husband and me. We really wanted to purchase our 1st home, but were having a hard time with the loan process. She could have turned her back on us, but she stuck by our side and assisted us with finding a place to approve a loan for our unique situation. She recommended several companies which her company had worked with in the past. The owner, Tim was available and never waived at assisting us with any questions without hesitation. Although our desired home would not result in a large commission, we were given red carpet treatment. Donna and Tim both spent numerous hours researching and showing us properties. When we found a home that took our breath away, Tim personally came out to evauluate the property to see if there were any red flags before placing an offer. The buyers were hesitant based on our loan situation, but Donna was able to explain our unique situation, and ensure the sellers we were a great pick. At signing, the sellers were ecstatic to meet us and hand over the keys to us. We could not have asked for a better experience. Tim continues to check back with us to see how our home is working out for us after the final sale.
