Mr. Nels is the best!!! Professional, knowledgeable, fast, HONEST. Half my home wasn't cooling. He came same day to check, even though he was swamped with jobs. Quickly diagnosed the problem was the region control unit. He said he will try to switch the unit off/on and if we are lucky, it will reset and work properly. It worked! Thank you Mr.Nels

Not only were Nels’ plumbing technicians fast and professional, but they have repeatedly done quality work for my house. They replaced my water heater along with my well pump and most recently, they installed a water conditioning system that made my water quality outstanding. I am always impressed with their services and I have to say they are the best local plumbing business.

Recently had our well water checked by another company. When I showed them the well he said the cap wasn’t code. It allowed bugs to come in. It wasn’t sealed. I had mentioned we had the well pump replaced in 2013 and they had to replace the pipe unions in 2018.I asked the service guy if they had replaced them when pump was replaced. He said they just looked at them. Other company said they always replace them. They had to back their truck up between some trees. I came out to find one of the guys trimming the tree. Never asked. When they were done they snagged a large branch on the tree and kept going. I would never use Nels Anderson again. Also found they charge way more than most

Nels Anderson Enterprises exceeded our expectations in every way. I put my husband off for over a year when he wanted to preemptively replace our hot water heater. It ended up failing during a week we hosted out of town guests. A call was placed on Friday after normal business hours and a message left for Nels Anderson. Nels returned our call the same evening letting us know that he was out of town but would have someone out the next day. Ryan showed up Saturday morning, evaluated our situation and agreed that the water heater needed replacement. He procured and installed a new water heater the same morning after removing and discarding the old. Ryan was polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. Thanks Nels Anderson for defusing the ” I told you so” situation by resolving it quickly.

I would like to start this with saying Nels seems very knowledgeable in what he does. I have also dealt with Angela and Ryan and both are extremely polite. However, that is where the good customer service ends. We needed our well bailed and chlorinated earlier this year. We set up a morning(2/12) for them to come and do this process. No one ever showed up. I called in the afternoon and was told by Angela that it ended up being a very busy day but she would have Ryan call me. He did indeed call me and said that he would come the following morning at 8 am. The next morning I get a phone call about 20 minutes before he was supposed to arrive saying that they were going to be there closer to 11 am. They finally arrived after 1 pm after I called to see where they were. At this point my husband who works 2nd shift had to take a ½ day off of work so someone could be home to let them into the house when needed.If they would have shown up at the original time or even at 11 he would not have had to miss work. We were told they would come back that Friday (2/15) to collect a water sample. By the afternoon they still hadn’t arrived, so I took a ½ day off of work so I could let them into the house to collect the water sample. I called around 4 pm and Angela stated that they would not be coming at all that day. I explained that it would have been nice to have been notified since I had to take a ½ day off of work. They finally came the following week for the sample. To complicate things we have had air in the water from our well pump to the house ever since they did their work. I mentioned it to Nels first on 2/23 and he said the air would bleed itself out and it will be gone in a few days. I mentioned it to Ryan as well 2/25 and he seemed confused as to why and said he would get back to me. I haven’t heard anything and the air in the water lines is still just as bad so I called Nels again on 3/14 and explained to him again the situation. He told me he would try to swing by the following morning. It is now an entire week later and he has not called or shown up. They seem to have absolutely zero respect for their customers’ time.
