I have been a customer for many years. The Polar Express and Austin Plumbing staff are wonderful! They are polite, knowledgeable, clean, fast and accurate. They care about you. Polar Express did an awesome job tuning up my boiler for the upcoming heating season. Mitch, from Polar Express, is competent, knowledge and informative. He answered all my questions with straightforward answers and also alerted me to concerns he had in the same manner. Really happy with the service Polar Express provided today!
