I received great service and communication from the guys at EDR after a basement flood. They were very thorough in explaining the process, kept me informed and worked around my schedule. I would highly recommend them.
EDR was timely in helping us clean up from a car crashing into our window at our retail store that we were able to stay open!
EDR did a very thorough job with our water mitigation job after a tree fell on our roof during a summer storm, causing leaking into our ceiling/walls. Joe was an excellent communicator and always let us know when someone would be back and any progress that was made. We appreciated the prompt response after our water damage. EDR was able to come the next day.
Andy, Kyle & Team at EDR did a fantastic job drawing out the water in my condo when a pipe in the wall burst unexpectedly. They are very professional and helpful and they go above and beyond to work around your schedule and explain what they are doing. Communication and professionalism was great and I highly recommend EDR to anyone that needs assistance after a disaster in their home.
