Taco Bell

We've been coming to this location for almost 20 years. We've seen it change and go through it's renovations. Largely it has had wonderful management, service and food. We've even shared Christmas gifts with our friends the employees there. We are Taco Bell lovers for a longtime. However, I will say, having been back to visit my family to see my mother for her health as she is in the hospital, we've noticed a slight change in the attentiveness of employees. It's not dramatically drastic, but we hope that, as we all go through, it's been a tough time and will return to the quality that brought us to this location for literally years (decades)...yes I understand it's kinda funny, but we love what we love. Thank younnUp date from about two weeks since last review. I just spoke with the manager because there was a customer who was having a tough time ordering at the menu screen. He was noticeably frustrated and although he was eventually helped, the attitude felt despondent. After my father waited and asked an employee about his food, remained waiting a significant time after. I then choose to speak to the manager which brings us back to the beginning of this story.nnHer response was hurtful. I know the manager here as it is a frequent spot for my family's travels. After letting her know I recognize her and I know she recognizes us, she gave a dismissive chuckle and made no attempt to correct or even console. After notifying her another review would be made, the gentleman who was waiting to pick up his delivery order was palpably pleased someone had said something.

It's quicker than before. Most of the time they forget the hot sauce and have to remind them.

If you like constantly getting your order messed up and hot sauce forgotten, this is the restaurant for you! Do yourself a favor and just go to the Burger King next to it.

Calvin or Kalvin and management team in charge on 12/08/2020 @6pm are super unprofessional. I placed a mobile order, showed up to pick it up. Upon arrival I ask for my order, they said they never received it. I show them the confirmation and they didn’t even want to acknowledge it. I understand they’re might’ve been technical difficulties. However, what I don’t understand is why they were so rude while dealing with me, laughing, disrespectful comments and what not made by Calvin or Kalvin. This Taco Bell location has a bad reputation and this team is just making it worse.
