The costumer service is terrible. The sandwiches are always messy and the workers always have an attitude. Today, the man who put together my sandwich cleaned the dirty knife he used to close other sandwiches on the paper which was covering my sub. Terrible experience. They definitely need to work more as a team and keep the work area clean and pleasant for the costumers.

I wouldn’t even rate this one star. I just left this subway horrible experience. I went to the bathroom and saw that it was locked , so I told the lady “ excuse me” and she just ignored me as I went to go said it a 3rd time she then decided to reply saying “ you see me doing something wait” that there just boiled my blood. This lady was so damn rude when I didn’t even give her a reason to talk to me like that to begin with , she could’ve easily said alright my love give me a second finishing up and I’ll be right with you. I highly recommend to who ever is the boss to retrain his employees to have actual good customer service , because at the end of the day whether they like it or not we the customers are the reason why they have a job and get paid . If it wasn’t for us coming as customers all places would be shutdown. This was my first and last time coming to this place.

The staff here is impressively fast. They even had an issue with their internet connection and started accepting cash without too much hassle. Very efficient personnel.
