The store is good, it doesn’t get full now with other COVID situation a great place to go, but customer service it’s the worst, the supervisor from today April 9,2021 at 10am didn’t give a good service, told menThat the money from my return 6 days ago should be in my account and it wasn’t, she didn’t even look at the receipt and verify in the computer she just told me call the bank, what kind of customer service is that ? I contact Lowe’s customer service waiting over 1 hour and guess what? They told me so sorry go to the store.nLet’s not talk about a guy that work there you ask him a question and he just told me I don’t know abs he was just walking around looking lost instead of asking someone else or try to help WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER !

Just left this Lowe’s as we speak. Customer service is absolutely terrible! Just to buy a barbecue was the most difficult experience. They called associates over 6 times to help me nobody came. Supervisor named Carolina was very rude face when I complained for waiting so long for a barbecue. First they said they didn’t have the barbecue I wanted already assembled then magically appeared after an employee brought one. The place is a mess and it’s an embarrassment. Also to buy the propane was also a problem l. Employees outside complained as well that the place is terrible when it comes to customer service. Terrible experience!!!

I ordered a washer from Lowe’s on 12/1 for a Samsung washer. I was told there was 3 in stock and scheduled delivery for 12/13. The week before I called daily the delivery department to confirm delivery. Every time I called either no one answered or I was left on hold until the call disconnected (because I can’t believe they would just hang up on me). Finally on Friday I was able to speak to someone who told me my order was scheduled for delivery. I called again on Saturday and spoke to someone else who again confirmed the delivery. Saturday night we get an automated call for delivery window. Sunday the day of delivery a couple of course before they washer was set to delivery we get a call that the washer is out of stock and they have no idea when they’ll be able to get it in. Completely unacceptable and disrespectful. This company gladly takes your money but doesn’t delivery. I’ll definitely be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Be very careful when order from this company the lie to get your money. If you need to order appliances do it from Best Buy - they’re completely honest as to what is in stock and follow up on their delivery.

Good morning, its really sad that no customer service was provided at 7:20 am and yes I walk to the customer service counter to reques for assistance in the exterior lighting department, I was told its to early no one is in that department at this time, however you have employees chatting and eating breakfast in there station. That is nit customer service.. Have a Blessed day.

Update Review: I originally gave this store five stars two years ago, however, I just shopped at this store and the level of service and quality has severely diminished. The aisles are packed with palletized items which make movement from one end of the store to the other difficult; last thing I want to do is have difficulty moving around the store when I have a loaded cart. Furthermore, the cashiers are rude, lazy, and fail to provide expedient service; I have tried to check out and there are two women at one cashier, chatting, and on a video call which makes things difficult given that they are not paying attention to the customer nor requesting their input. Its quite a shame that this store has dropped to this level given that it used to be a pleasant experience and now it is more of a drag.
