Absolutely, the worst gas station, I may have ever attended! The “Customer Service” is non-existent! They rip you off! Don’t buy a “Car Wash” in this place? It’s always broken & they don’t return your money! Unless you like giving your money away or worse, taken from you? There’s plenty of gas stations, that are much better around here! “SKIP THIS RIP-OFF!”
There are people who wants to work and there are people who don't want to work. They are the don't. Shell should look at this place and hire new employees that actually do the job right.
Paid for a $9 car wash, the car wash never dispensed soap. I try to get a refund and was told i had to come back in the morning because they manager wasn't allowing the clerk to give out refunds. Terrible customer service. Will never put gas here again!!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION. You are not allowed to pay at the pump, you have to go to the cashier if you want to buy gas. The cashier is RUDE and doesn't speak an ounce of English. Just go to the Mobil right across the street instead.
