Officer Kyle Collins is a credit to your department. He was the officer assigned my case. There is a saying that “no good deed goes unpunished” well I am here to tell you this true. I allowed a homeless individual to borrow my bicycle, which I believed was for a few minutes. Minutes turned in two days. I spoke with the individual over the phone several times to retrieve my bicycle. But, this was to no avail. Office Collins expressed to this individual that was in his best interest to return the bike immediately. This was all that was needed to be said, the individual brought back the bike in less than 15 minutes. Thank you, Officer Collins, for a job exceptionally well done.
