I bought a foreclosed home that was ‘rehabbed’ from these guys. If you are in the same position I would strongly advise ensuring you have 15k-30k to fix the things they shortcut (ideally by purchasing for less than they are asking). Odd hvac installs, caulking toilets in place, vinyl sheet flooring not installed properly, leaking drains/plumbing, etc. I’m annoyed with my realtor and the inspector, but these are the guys presenting things as ‘all good’ that are hiding issues.

To put it lightly, terrible management company. Gas leak issues with no response from the management about it, plumbing, electrical and lock issues. They have nice properties but unless you're willing to fix it up and/or pay for it stay away (still waiting for a callback after a month for the gas leak (turned off be WE Energy) issue).

I rented from these guys. Word of advice.RUN!...they epitomize the term slum lord. They were dishonest about the place from the start. There staff consisting of MPS's finest were completely useless and lazy. Do not ...absolutely not do business with these guys. The city should shut them down.....horrible experience
