When they came to empty our septic tank they NEVER took the time to empty both tanks. They charged us $350.00 and didn't do the proper cleaning. I have too have it drained just a few months later (today) and was shocked when they dug up two chambers to pump. A1 only did one chamber but charged FULL price. I will never call them again but if you feel the need make SURE they do it correctly. I have contacted the health department and am now calling the BBB. I got ripped off make sure you don't!!!!!!
Was recommended to this company by a friend when I told him another company would be able to make it out for 2 days. This company was able to come that same afternoon. Crew was very professional, educated me on the septic system and gave me advise on how to maintain it so I wouldn’t need them for longer. Very helpful and would recommend to anyone looking for a good company with good people.
Had an appointment....did not show, did not call...nI called back and they didn’t respond.
Terrible customer service!! I was told they would be here late Monday, at 4:30 they called to say they wouldn't be here, their truck broke down and they would be here 1st thing Tuesday morning, called them at 9:00am and they told me I would be the 2nd pump of the daynTold them I had to leave and that I would tape a check to the front door ,got home around 5pm the check was still on the door.nIt's now Wed.at 4:30 no call, no show. Not a good way to run a business. Thank God I had called someone else that got it done today. They also told me that they just got a call from a customer who said A-1 didnt show up and could they do his tomorrow . Not a reliable company, stay away from these people!!
