I had an area rug I was going to throw away, but I thought I could save it by getting it cleaned. I thought it was worth a try at least. Josiah came and gave me his honest opinion that it may still have some traffic patterns when he was done and may not look as white and fluffy as I hoped for. I was very impressed that he didn't just want to take my money, but instead it was more important for him to guarantee his work. (My rug was pretty beat up)... he instead educated me on different rug materials and then took my rug to the dump for me at no charge!! Wow, what amazing service. He was very professional too. I will definitely use Larson again!
Impressed with Josiah, he worked very hard to make my carpets look amazing. He was polite, knowable and on time. I hope he is valued as an employee because his integrity is a rarity in our youth. Affordable, great results and would definitely use Larson's again. I'm 100% satisfied. Thank you!

The carpet cleaning was good but the cleaning of all my tiles wasn’t that great. It looks like a regular mob job. Grouts looks exactly the same as it did before and no sealing was put on. For the amount of money I paid, I expected away better job.
