The staff here gave out my two full suits and three dress-shirts to someone who wasn’t me and did so without asking for the paid receipt not the claim ticket.nnI am confused to why the staff here would do that.nnI now have to repurchase the lost items.
Service has been slow. Hoping they staff up and get back to pre covid timing for drop offs. Prices keep rising it seems.
I'd give them 6 stars if I could. I needed same- day service for a funeral, both laundry and dry cleaning. Not only did they provide fast turnaround, but they didn't charge me for the service! Rarely do you find this level of service. Thank you!
This review is overdue, but I just wanted to share my experience with North Pointe Cleaners. Late November, I realized my long black puffy winter jacket had a rip in the back at the bottom. I work nearby and saw North Pointe offered seamstress services. I dropped it off - explained that I just wanted the rip stitched up. She offered that she could sew it up herself if I just gave her 20-minutes - that worked for me! I came back to pick it up & pay and the woman told me there was NO CHARGE! She refused to let me pay her for her services and said it was no problem. I have not had that type of 'free' customer service (ever??) - and I wasn't even a regular. I now will make it a point to bring my dry cleaning here - you've gained a new customer!
TREATS, they have TREATS! How sweet, for people and pets alike ♡ ! Thanks to everyone's reviews for making me feel comfortable and confident in bringing my precious suit jacket to finally be cleaned. And what a great price! The manager was very sweet in fixing a dry cleaning garment on the spot that I had accidentally washed...I am soooo grateful for their kindness this morn!
