I normally come to this location I never really have any issues. Today I came to wash and I use the same washers all the time. One of the washers hot water was out so I told the worker working this morning the water was coming out cold. Worker response was “there’s nothing I can do” very rude and nonchalant when in fact there is something she could’ve done. Last week I was here another customer complained as well and the worker was on it trying to help resolve the issue. The fact that the worker was very rude and she always is but I never pay her any mind because I come to wash and unfortunately this was my first bad experience here considering I had to finally say something to her. As a hard working woman with kids coming to spend my money to wash for my family I expect better customer service. You have one time to be rude and not tend to my needs as a customer and I will no longer do business at this location. I’m hoping the owner sees this and address the worker.

This laundromat is always Soo clean! They have a big variety of washer choices. So what ever size of laundry that you have to wash, they have the right size washer!

Clean place. Laundry attendant on duty. The washers kick up a lot of suds (which I like). $5 seven load machines. Plenty of seating. Clean restroom. Free WiFi. This place has fair prices for washing and drying. No problems with any of the machines. This is a safe, quiet place to wash and relax.
