You can never get ahold of anyone for the complex,

Worst place to live. Office is closed Tuesdays & Thursdays AND Saturday & Sunday. SOOOOO the office is closed 4 out of 7 days of the week??? AND, they are NEVER there past 5 pm. And they do not open to residents until 9 am. Online it has office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30 pm closed Saturday & Sunday. I work in Orlando 8-5 Monday - Friday. I have to leave work early to speak to someone in person because they NEVER answer the phone. But, i have to make sure it is Monday, Wednesday or Friday. I do not have a maintenance issue; BUT, i would like to speak to an actual person. I don't mind email. I do mostly everything via email. Spring Harbor encourages us to email any questions. HOWEVER, they RARELY respond to your emails. Therefore, I would like t o speak someone. They will send you a remind text stating the office is closed; but cannot answer the phone or respond to an email right away. All of their customer service skills are lacking. On the rare occasion someone does answer the phone it is answered rudely and make you feel like you are bothering them. But, I guess they volunteer their services instead of getting paid to be there. Spring Harbor is a joke and the office hours and office staff reflect it!!! They do not even deserve the one star I have to give in order to post this review.

Spring harbor apartments was a good place to live when we first moved in but it is not that way now. Coming home from work at night it is hard to find a place to park because people that aren't even living here take all the parking spaces. My car also got dinged by people that don't live here. I have one car, some units have have 3 and 4 and sometimes 5 cars, some have disabled cars that are not running. On the lease says residents are allowed two vehicles for every unit but that is not that way at spring harbor apartments. I remember when i had a car that was disabled and was forced to move it out of the complex why doesn't the rule apply to anyone else.

DO NOT RENT FROM SPRING HARBOR. We gave them sufficient notice before we decided not to rent from them after our rental agreement was up one year later to buy a house. We left the apartment cleaned up and suitable for rent and with a zero balance. They reported to our credit bureau that we owed them $3,740- absolutely incorrect. Please be aware renting from them and cautious.

I've been living here 12 plus years. Management is great and they take care of things that may need taken care of right away. When kids are in school this place is quiet as can be. Even when the kids are home from school there's no problems.
