This service was called to our rental property by tenants for sewer backing up in the house from toilets and bath tub. They never tried to sneak the pipes, only used camera and charged our tenants $400 to tell us it’s the septic. 3 weeks later they had issue again after the tank was emptied, so this time we called Blue Sky plumbing and they sneaked the house pipes and everything is working fine. Thank you for nothing. Will never use them ever again and will not recommend.

I moved into a house recently that has had one plumbing issue after another (something that was not disclosed by previous owners). Roto-rooter has been there as soon as I needed them. They fix the problem right the first time, and have been more than fair on the price compared to other plumbers in the area. They have great communication and teach you about your home to help you avoid needing them to come back all of the time.

This was the most rudest oersom I’ve ever came in contact with. Not only did he not return my call when he asked me to call him when I got off work, but I called again about 30 mins after I got home, he didn’t pick up on either BMI nor did he call back until my daughter called the cops and reported it to operator, he called her and got mad after she said he was very unprofessional and told her to call someone else and hung up on her. She reced him back and said she would report him to corporate and he telex ger back with a big thumbs ip.nHis name is Arron

Giving them a 2 star for customer service. Called for an issue. Each and every step of the way, they kept telling me that someone would call me. No, every step of the way , I had to call them. Not sure what was going on with them. They seemed a little discombobulated and disorganized. Finally went with another company.

When I call in and say I have an emergency plumbing situation and am told I will be contacted by a plumber shortly......its now almost 24 hours later with no phone call. Thanks for helping me find an in town plumber instead!
