I've recently relocated to the area from Los Angeles and I was in need of a dry cleaners that could meet my specialty needs, in this case a 1944 WW2 officer's overcoat. Most cleaners I've encountered will actually turn me away with my 70+ year old uniform collection. However, Pughs took on the challenge and exceeded my expectations. You've gained my trust and a loyal customer. Thank you very much.

I have been using their services for more than 10 years now so it's very unfortunate that I have to write a review like this. I picked up my dry cleaning this afternoon and Barbie said it will be $50.50. I questioned why it was more than what was stated on my drop off slip, it was quoted as $34.50. She replied that all but 3 of my shirts couldn't be pressed in the shirt press and had to be pressed another way. I questioned why this was told to me when I dropped off the shirts. Barbie replied the other person didnt know any better and didnt charge me properly. Barbie is the one who checked in my shirts, I have both tickets. I have had these same shirts dry cleaned there for a couple years and NEVER has it ever been stated that those types of shirts were a higher charge. I feel they should've honored there price quoted on the drop off ticket. Unfortunately, they have lost my business. Not do to bad product service, but do to bad business practices.
