Josh and his team were incredibly helpful and professional in our time of need. Our house was struck by lightning and a fire started as a result. It was an emotional experience. Josh’s SERVPRO crew demonstrated empathy and understanding while providing next step to do’s in a clear and organized manner. We communicated our budget and his team worked with my insurance coverage to develop a repair and restore plan for our house. I highly recommend SERVPRO of Lake County.

My wife and I picked Servpro of lake county, because it was affiliated with a nationwide company.Because of Covid work was put on hold for a few months, and then afterwards the work was done to our satisfaction.Thanks so much to Dave Coburn, Chad Denhard and Justin Warren For their help in the completion of the project!

Practically my whole house got flooded from a broken toilet pipe over a holiday weekend while i was away. They arrived with a few hours of calling late at night. They stayed past midnight trying to remove as much water as they could from my house. They were extremely professional during the whole process. It took about 7 days to dry my house because of of the extent of the water and moisture removal.nThey kept me and my insurance company up to date on the status via email and sending pictures everyday til work was completed. I was extremely impressed with their whole team. They were well trained and knowledgeable in their field. Always on time (even when i wasn't) and informed me if they were running a little bit over on another job-site. They described every issue and solution to getting the job done.nI would highly recommend this company to anyone.

They are a fantastic company! Very personable, prompt. They cleaned my entire house after I had Covid. My house feels like my house,again, and not like a place filled with a deadly virus. I’m so beyond satisfied with their work. The team was incredibly quick with their work and incredibly kind. If I ever needed to get my house cleaned like this again, I would not hesitate to reach out to Servepro. Very professional. I would ask for the exact team. I had to use Servpro recently in Mt. Dora, Florida, for a not so pleasant situation, and Dave, Khalil and Roger were FANTASTIC! They were friendly, courteous and professional. I hope to never need their services again, but if I did or anyone ever asked me for a recommendation, I would definitely say CALL SERVPRO. Job well done while staying safe! :)
