I was impressed on my first phone call when a person answered the phone. Great customer service and scheduling with short notice. Jennifer was professional and courteous. She did a great job cleaning our carpets. I definitely will use Champion in the future!
Demetrius called an hour ahead of time and told me exactly when he would be there (which he was). Arrived with a mask on and tools in hand. Explained exactly what he would be doing, how long it would take, and asked if there were any specific concerns. He was truly pleasant, polite, thorough, and the carpets looked 100% improved. Carpets also had a nice clean smell. I would highly recommend this company and this technician. I have used the company before and will definitely use again.
Eric arrived as scheduled. He explained the cleaning process for the carpets as well as the grout in the bathrooms and shower. His work was organized, professional, and done promptly.nWe were totally satisfied with the results and would have no reservations about recommending them in the future
