It is incredible that a citizen in the midst of a need for danger and above all where his safety and that of our family is at stake and the police tell him to wait the next day at 9:00 a.m. to be able to help. It turns out that the next day came, it was 9:00 a.m. and nothing, after 9:30 a.m. we decided to call to ask what happened that nobody has come and it turns out that they never answered the phone. They have not sent anyone to take action. It is unforgivable that they play with people's safety in this way. So they want a Police Department if they don't respond to people's security needs. On our part if we could give it zero we would give it to him. But most of all we hope that someone will read this and take some kind of action regarding the situation.
