I always have a pleasant experience when visiting this store. The first 2 employees that helped me were very pleasant and helpful as usual. Then when I was checking out and needed a price check because the price at the register was more than the price on the shelf the cashier sent Carol to check on the price. Carol went back to check with a real attitude. She informed us that the price at the register was correct and not the price on the shelf. Then she said do I really want my dollar back. With her attitude I said yes. That is no way to treat customers and say it in such a sarcastic way to make sure everyone near heard her.nnIt’s very upsetting that Ace would allow their employees to treat customers that way. The law requires the store to honor the posted price.
The staff is always great. Helped me with an electrical question and knew everything I needed to know. And then help me decide what one was best for my application. There isn't much they dont have you will need. A little pricey but its close to home, helpful staff, and very clean store what else could you ask for in a hardware store?!
Has most small things I need. Can buy nails and screws one at a time and get great advice when needed
Good store! Just did a remodel so I'll have to get use to the layout! Employees are always helpful and friendly!
