This was the fourth time Shane has been to our house for various issues. By this time we feel like he's family! He is always friendly, upbeat, professional, and, best of all, goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is well satisfied. He is Plumbing Unlimited's best asset! I want to thank Shane for his wonderful work. He was amazing. Excellent workmanship. Cleaned up and disposed of the old toilet. Went the extra mile to do a great, neat job. I also was very pleased with the lady who answers the phone. Pleasant and helpful. Happy New Year.
We called about a leak on our hose bib outside and Shane came out very quickly. He was very polite, explained what he was going to need to do and gave us a fair price. He did the repair very fast and efficiently. We will definitely use them again in the future!
I had problems with the water in my shower. It would get very hot and when I tried to reduce the heat, it did not cool as it had been. I called and the next day I had an appointment. Shane came and explained the problem to me. He had the part I needed on the truck and fixed the faucet!! Shane showed me the old part and explained what had happened. He was very professional and has great customer service! I will be calling again and I will refer him to my friends. Thank you!!!
Both of my toilets were not working. Shane came immediately and fixed them. The one broken part could have flooded my entire house, so Shane’s immediate response and knowledge saved me from a very serious situation. I am very grateful.
