Fast service. everyone wears masks and the delivery bags are sealed. Food quality is good for a fast food chain.
Well the bag it came in it ripped and I asked for unsweetened tea and they gave me sweet tea
Ordered the party box 10.++ After looking at it of course nothing as pictured. Maybe half the topping you see in the picture on menu and TV. Couldn't even been 16oz of meat total tons of chips..super bad value from broad street location. Staff at window was polite but in no way was food a value at all. I would have taken it back if we didn't live so far out of town.
Ordered food through the app, and when I came around to pick it up was told that it wasn't coming up in their system, she then told us that there is nothing she can do for us and that we could not have the food we had already paid for!!! When we called to trying to correct matter. She was very rude to us. WILL NOT BE BACK.
Placed order on the app, got to the window and they said there was nothing in their system ,nI even have a receipt with the order number and right address. She said there was nothing that she could do and they couldn't give me my food even though it was already paid for.
