Pronto Cleaners

Went into lobby during normal business hours. Nobody was there to help. I hit buzzer, yelled “hello” and actually called and no one answered phone. No one came and I was there for five minutes. Took my business elsewhere.

Been using this cleaners for many years. Always get good service.. Have had some special requests, manager Bob very helpful .

Had my pouffy prom dress steamed the day before prom and I picked it up that same day. When I took it out of its plastic, the tulle and layers were more wrinkled than when my dress was shipped in the box. Other than this they did good a fluffing our the back and put in a cardboard dress form to keep the it’s shape on the top
