I had a leak in my master bedroom. Marv determined it was a pipe in the foundation and all of my piping was going bad. This occurred as I was planning to go north for the Summer. They had a big crew in the next day and got me water for my shower and bathroom. They finished on time. There was one day where they could not show up due to an emergency at a large long time customer. My only complaint is they could have done a better job cutting out drywall to lower the cost of the drywall patch project.

We hired H2O Plumbing to locate and repair a few leaks at our home on Marco Island. We spoke to Marvin the owner on the phone to ask him to inquire as per the location of the leaks and he said he would hire a leak detection company to locate the leaks then he would have his guys open up the wall to locate and repair the leak. At the time he gave us a quote in the range of $1,000.00 +-. We told him to go forward at that time as per the quote. I personally met him at the house after they opened up the walls and after all the investigative work was completed and he gave me a revised quote of $2,000.00 which was acceptable. He mentioned to me that the guys would start that following Monday. The first red flag was that they didn't show up for days. I did call him and he mentioned to me that they would be there the next day. I once again inquired at per the cost and he told me that it was now going to be a little more than $2,000.00. We just received a bill for $4,623.00. This is not acceptable to us and just wanted to make sure this doesn't happen to another customer.

At All H20 plumbing is honest, reasonable (for plumbers), gives great service, and employs nice people. Owner himself often comes to inspect work. Family owned business. Always have been pleased.

Reached their answering machine. Left a message. Explained a relatively urgent issue we are having in our guest bathroom. Never called me back.
