Called in my order, showed up 15 minutes after my pickup time and they had completely forgot my order even with me prepaying. Generally, this place has been pretty sound but here recently on call ins they haven’t been toasting subs or preparing them correctly. Just a lack of focus.
So same food as the other subway restaurants but what earned the stars of this review is the people, they do a good job at keeping a clean dining area and seem relaxed and friendly.

great ambiance & decor. staff treated us so kindly. it has a good feel to it. menu is like a cafe in boston i loved.
