I’ve been coming to this salon for years and I’ve always been a loyal customer, the ladies that work there even know I’m a regular. With that said, I went in on Friday but made sure to call before because there have been countless times when I’ve gotten to the salon WELL BEFORE they close and it ends up being closed because the women here are known to leave early ( as in 45 min early). I called and told the lady in the phone I was on my way. Salon closes at 7, I get there at 6:30, I’m with my mom and sister, all three have to get eyebrows done which means 5 minutes MAX on each client. When I got there she was working on two clients and immediately told me to leave, I hadn’t even fully walked into the salon. She told me she doesn’t have time to do my eyebrows nor my other two family members and she was very rude and told us to come back another time. I drove 25 minutes out of my way only to get to the salon to be turned down for the service I was expecting to have. I even called ahead of time because I know how these ladies work! Even doing so, I was treated in an unprofessional manner. The lady working there (who I’m pretty sure is the only employee) was rude, didn’t even bother to compromise/make time for three clients, and didn’t even bother telling me over the phone that she was preoccupied. If she had handled this professionally I would’ve understood but she wasted everyone’s time. Never coming back and never recommending this place to my friends/family. Instead, head over to perfect brows! They’re great and treat clients professionally! And my eyebrows have never looked better since I made the switch!

While the service isn’t bad, they have a very rude worker! It’s completely unprofessional to make unsolicited comments about someone’s appearance. Very judgemental and I will never go here for an eyebrow waxing because of this.

Maybe y’all should teach your workers how not to be rude towards customers & keep unnecessary comments for themselves :)

Everytime I come to this place I have a good experience. The prices are right, customer service is excellent, and they are clean! However, the last time I came the lady threaded my eyebrow looked flawless in the shop soon as I get home I noticed one brow is bigger than the other. I would go again just have to wait a while lol and for sure not getting her (name unknown)
