I am appalled by the worker behaviour this morning. I am a regular customer at this location. Usually,I am the one waiting for her to get drop off never on time. Today I put my clothes in a dryer to dry the workers a Haitian women removed my clothes from the dryer to gave to a friend of hers. My clothes obviously still wet and there are plenty of open dryer for the next customer. I asked her why did she do that, why didn’t she call me to remove my clothes. She has dirty gloves on touching my clothes such a disrespectful worker you got working in there.nShe told me she run this facility she does whatever wants she please, all the owner does is pick up his coins. This lady needs to fired for removing my clothes, she has no right to do that as I am still getting more clothes from the washer to put in the dryer.
If you have toddlers and you're in FL, this is definitely worth a visit for the day. My kid had an amazing time here with non-stop activities and really cool things to learn about. Throw in a walk along the GG Bridge and you'll have one tired kid by the end of the day. The lunch food is a bit expensive, but you wouldn't expect less for a museum food. Pack your own lunch, you can bring outside food.
Very professional, machines have great prices with FREE DRYING! Very cleanly and I love my experience every time.
Would recommend very family friendly and clean!
Horrible experience!!!! Would not recommend they need to train the workers to respect the customers!!!!
