Very unprofessional and rude owner. My clothes were lost and stained on several occasions and was only willing to compensate with a free item cleaning when it cost wayyyy more. No one is professional. Rude!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE
I have never felt so disrespected. The owner was very rude and disrespectful. Since when it's okay to turn your back on a customer while they are trying to explain a misunderstanding between your employee and the customer? His excuse was that he was busy which he said it with an attitude. I understand that the employee gave me information she did not understand but it was not my fault that I was told something different and charge for work I thought I would get but it wasn't delivered.nnI understand that there will be mishaps but there was no excuse to be rude and disrespectful to your customers. I would take my business elsewhere. It's not worth the stress and hassle.
Clothes are well done and always on time. The owner has great personality and business is very clean.
Owner has a rude attitude and argued with me when I asked if I could have my clothes back the same day.
Took some clothing over there to get dry cleaned and they were all faded after receiving them. if you have very valuable clothing I'd advise you not to go there PERIOD!!!
