Couldn’t be happier living here! The apartment is spacious and beautiful. Most importantly, Jose, John, and the rest of the staff are amazing! Always ready and willing to help their tenants..always so nice and persistent. If ever an issue, which is seldom, there is someone here to help within the hour. Thank you for everything!

Great place to live and the nicest, friendliest staff ever. John and Jose will do anything to please you. So kind and very professional..it is not easy dealing with us sometimes. They never show displeasure or lack of patience...super smooth.

If I can give more star ⭐ufe0f I would!! The Grove at turtle run goes above and beyond expectations in my opinion. The office staff is more then willing to go out of their way to help you out! All you have to do is ask. When there is an issue in the apt weather during office hours or after hours it always gets resolved (and if they can’t they explain why and come back the very next day) this has been by far the best place I have rented from. Yes there is a few issues with wild life but we literally across the street from a preserve. KEEP IT UP GROVE STAFF!!!!

I applied for a application which was $450 and they denied and gave me no reason to why I was denied. I make more than enough to afford a room and came prepared with all the supporting documents. Their Scammers I just lost $450.
