We've lived here for 2+ years now. In the last few months, the ruling association has stepped up its fine and assessment game. Leave your garage door open, $50 fine, trash can down a day early or not returned promptly fined again. Last straw. We're moving today. We rented a van and parked it on the street leaving room for the incoming movers. 1st time the van has even seen the community (texas plates), and it was towed. I woke up thinking the rental was stolen. Guard tower doesn't care, no one ever returns a call from the office. Hate this place, never coming back.

I grew up in the Waterways Community - however now I'm believing that my parents should have purchased their home elsewhere. I'm sure you're well aware of our backyard being ripped apart to fix an error in planning on your part. Remember that giant sink hold that ruined our fence, and our neighbors? Explain to me why this hasn't been fixed in a timely manner? We've had to deal with an eye sore for at least 2 months, if not longer.nnMy wedding festivities begin in 1.5 weeks - I have guests flying in from thousands of miles away to celebrate with me. We have plans to have religious functions in our backyard - except now my guests will see this absolute carnage you've left. What will you do amend the situation?
