Rashad at the leasing office was awesome. I moved in same day, he helped me out in a time of need and we got it done quick. Then the first / second day I moved in I had a few issues around the apartment one which I needed solved quick. Maintenance came out that day, solved what he could and place an order immediately for what he couldn't. Awesome experience so far.

Maintenance Staff is always prompt and responsive to all requests. They make sure issues are resolved and always are professional.nnJust an extra note. Early each morning, one of the Maintenance Staff makes the rounds of the complex, on his golf cart, to check for debris and trash that might be on the lawn/parking lot areas all around the complex, cleaning up as he goes. I think his name is Dennis. He keeps this place beautiful! Thankful for the good job he does taking care of our beautiful grounds!

I have just moved in with my wife and Lynn Taliaferro gave us an outstanding experience from the first contact of showing the apartment all the way to giving us the keys!nnHer assistance was invaluable and very cordial. We're so very happy to be renting in this community and I'm sure we are going to continue having a great experience living here!

I worked closely with Michelle who gave me such a welcoming and great experience as I prepared to begin my journey here as a future residence.nAnytime that I had a question or concern for her she would always follow back up with me.nMichelle has been very polite and may I add pleasant during my entire process rather be a phone call or email. She demonstrated great active listening skills, showed me compassion in knowing what my current situation was with my previous Landlord and why I choose such a safe, friendly and beautiful rental community.nMy move was as smooth as I enjoy drinking a smoothie no issues/delays. I have been living in St. Andrews for a year and just renewed. Lynn was fantastic and is very good at what she does. Very personable and genuinely cares!! I have had few maintenance requests and they are always taken care of right away. Gina, the assistant manager is exceptional. She is so kind , and very professional and went out of her way to help me. I feel very comfortable living here and being a single woman. Cheers to all of you in the office!!!
