Incredible experience working with Loraina! She's professional, a strong negotiator and communicates consistently to make sure everyone's on the same page. Even though she's a tough cookie she knows how to make everyone feel like she has their best interest at heart. Highly recommended!

I do not know where to begin, Loraina has been a personal friend for many years. We just has the pleasure of having her by our side from beginning to end during our home buying process. Due to her consistency, persistence, determination, and professionalism we were able to purchase our first home. We hit many obstacles but she was there to guide us and provide the support we needed. She by far exceeded our expectations and many times had to do the jobs of the selling realtor. We are forever grateful and high recommend you guys use her for your home buying and selling processes.

I honestly don’t even know where to start... as a single mom of 2 working a full time job during a pandemic is stressful enough but add trying to find a home on top of that. I started off with a realtor who seemed a bit new to the field but as some I took a chance, I had a goal in mind and wanted it met. About 2-3 months in, I wasn’t seeing any results. Little did I know Loraina was my Guardian angel, my savior! I gave her my goal, to be in my house by my birthday (about a month away)... I was basically giving her a mission, wouldn’t say impossible but close enough. When I tell you it hadn’t even been a month working together, we had seen 6-7 properties and already submitted an offer on one. Loraina knew that was my dream home for being a first time home owner. She worked hard and diligently, made sure everyone was on top of things and it was all getting done. A little over a month working with Loraina, we closed on my house! She is the most amazing, dedicated, caring and hard working woman I’ve ever met. It’s not just another sale to her, you’re not just a number, she puts her all into it, she’s compassionate and it shows. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone, whether it be looking for a rental or trying to purchase property, she is definitely my go to.
