They are terrible at rentals. They lie about the condition of the apartment when you move in and then charge you to fix items like stain carpeting when you leave by keeping your deposit.nThey dont make it easy to get things fixed like a broken washer and dryer if you have a dog and work everyday. Not flexible in getting the apartment liveable once you move in even though they say they will.
