Stephanie Irons and Desare Kohn-Laski are fantastic. My husband and I just bought our first condo with our VA loan. I don't think it would have happened without Stephanie and Desare. We tried 2 other realtors before them and they both sucked. Then we found Skye Louis online because of all of the great reviews. Now we are happy to add our own! We did everything except closings by video showings because of COVID and Stephanie had our back, looking at details and asking questions. Desare helped us get the absolute best deal. They both helped deal with a thousand weird things, prodded slow people and calmed our nerves dozens of times. For all of you VA buyers, you CAN buy a beach condo with a VA loan! Stephanie and Desare know how to work with VA - a lot of realtors here are not good with VA buyers or using VA for condos. Very rude, I will not use a company so unprofessional and their level of rudeness is at its highest. This company doesnt have a clue in what they are doing.

Fernanda Thomas did a great job helping us to buy a new house. She was great with negotiations especially when the seller was being very difficult. She got all documentation to us very quickly. She explained the whole process and walked us through all the steps to keep us informed. I would highly recommend her.
